Make up a story together. Trade turns with a friend, guiding an illustrated adventure powered by Apple Intelligence. My original vision for this app was to make something fun with the Apple Intelligence foundation models introduced in iOS 26. I wanted a shared storytelling experience where friends could take turns at their own pace, so I built an asynchronous multiplayer app.

What is Holodeck?

Holodeck is a collaborative storytelling app where two people build an illustrated story together, one turn at a time. Apple Intelligence helps continue the story, and Image Playground creates illustrations as it unfolds. Choose a genre or style and export the finished story as a PDF. It requires iOS 27 and a compatible Apple Intelligence device.
