App terms
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Shared terms for apps by Jackson Myers, published through Catspaw Systems LLC and featured on jackson-myers.com, including Werds.
App license
Our apps downloaded through the Apple App Store are licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement governs your license to use the apps, including its provisions on permitted use, termination, warranties, and liability. This page supplements that agreement with information about purchases, subscriptions, advertising, and privacy; it does not replace it or create a custom EULA.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some apps offer one-time in-app purchases or subscriptions. The app and Apple’s purchase confirmation show the price, the features included, and any subscription period or trial terms before you purchase. Purchases through the App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled before renewal under the terms shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. See Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions. For refund requests for App Store purchases, see Apple’s refund instructions. Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Advertising and tracking choices
Some apps display banner or full-screen advertisements. In some apps, you can choose to pay to unlock content or view an advertisement to unlock it. Choosing to view an advertisement does not require you to consent to tracking. When an app requests permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites, permission is optional and requested through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. You can decline that request or change your choice in your device’s privacy settings. Declining tracking does not necessarily remove advertisements.
Privacy
Each app has its own Privacy Policy describing its data practices, including any advertising or third-party providers. Follow the Privacy Policy link on the app’s page or App Store listing. Those policies are currently hosted on catspaw-systems.com; this page does not replace them.
Third-party content and availability
Apps may rely on third-party data, advertisements, or platform features. Availability and accuracy can vary. Any applicable warranty and liability provisions are set out in the Standard EULA and remain subject to applicable law.
Updates to this page
We may update this page to reflect changes to our apps or their purchase options. The date above identifies the latest revision. The applicable app license and Apple’s purchase terms continue to govern.
